Instructions related to Registration

1. PhD awardees and Toppers of all courses who have passed in 2019 are supposed to register.
2. Registration fee is as follows.

             Convocation fee - Rs. 700 (nonrefundable)

Total Rs. 1200 (One thousand two hundred) only

3. Degree recipients have to transfer the said amount i.e. Rs. 1200 to the following account by online transfer such as IFSC or NEFT.

   4. Then they have to register by filling the online form    https://cdn.jotfor.ms/convocation.au/1 along with the scanned/soft copy of
i. Photo
ii. Aggregate grade card/provisional PhD degree
iii. Payment receipt

5. A confirmation mail will be sent upon successful registration and subsequent verification.
