Aliah University started its journey from 2008 - 09 academic session as per Aliah University act 2007, Section 3(3) with a hope of harmonizing tredition and modernity to be immerged as a unique institution higher studies and research for the people of any race, creed, caste or class.
Department of Nursing Aliah Univeresity is a very new initiative to encourage female education, to help students to acquire basic and sound technical and scientific knowledge and skills in Nursing Profession.
The Department of Nursing established in year 2016 with its 1st batch of B.Sc. Nursing students with 60 annual intake.
