Dr. Abhijit Mondal works as an Assistant Professor in the department of Civil Engineering, Aliah University. He is a former Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering, Jalpaiguri Govt. Engineering College. His research focuses on sustainable pavement materials with an emphasis on warm mix asphalt, recycled asphalt pavement, industrial by-product utilization, and emulsion-based pothole repair technologies. He also works on enhancing soil subgrade performance and developing geopolymer concrete solutions for environmentally responsible and durable road construction.
