1: For BENGALI Department, those candidates have applied in both M.Phil. & Ph.D. Programmes, please follow the instruction below:

(i) WRITTEN TEST: The candidates are advised to appear in Written Test for Ph.D. only and put tick mark on both M.Phil. and Ph.D. Programmes in the OMR Sheet.

(ii) INTERVIEW/ VIVA-VOCE: He/She will appear in Interview separately for both the M.Phil. & Ph.D. Programmes.

2: The written examination (AURET) is of 100 marks with MCQ, divided into two sections (Gr-A & Gr-B) of 70 and 30 marks, respectively.

3: Point 7 of the Advertisement: Those candidates are employed, and have applied for Part-time Ph.D. programme, the candidates are advised to confirm that the application has submitted through proper channel. They have to submit NOC from the employer at the time of Interview and/or Admission.

4: The date of interview/Viva-Voce will be announced after Written Test.
