  • Estimation of the highly precise spectral properties of free few-body systems in bound and resonance states using ab-initio Quantum Chemical Methods (Ritz variational method and Stabilization method with explicitly correlated wave function in Hylleraas coordinates, Time dependent Perturbation theory)

  • Development of theoretical models for the structure calculations of atoms and exotic systems under various types of confinements (pressure confinement, fullerene cage confinement, quantum cavity confinement, Weakly, Strongly, Quantum and Complex dusty plasma confinements)

  • Estimation of quantum entanglement entropies (Linear and von Neumann) and quantum information theoretic entropies (Shannon and Fisher) for the free and confined three-body quantum systems adopting explicitly correlated basis sets

  • Determination of resonance parameters of autoionizing states of highly charged ions using stabilization method in the relativistic configuration interaction framework 

  • Investigation on critical stability and quantum phase transition in quantum three-body systems under various types of finite range interactions

  • Studies on three-body exotic Borromean (or Effimov) systems (ppe, ppmu, pppi, ppK and their isotopic substitutions) bound via screened Coulomb interactions

  • Determination of structural and chemical properties of endohedral metallofulerene (EMF), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and other astrophysically important molecules and clusters using ab-inito and density functional methods using standard molecular structural package programs 

  • Investigation on coherent non-linear phenomenon [e.g. electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT), electromagnetically induced absorption (EIA), lasing without inversion (LWI), gain without inversion (GWI) etc.]  in multi-level atom-laser interaction systems (under pump-probe spectroscopy) using density matrix formalism under both perturbative and non-perturbative scheme

  • Investigation on efficient two-dimensional atom localization using probe absorption in different types of microwave driven multi-level atom-laser interaction systems exploiting the atomic coherence and quantum interference effects
